helpful staff perfect spot

i stayed in a triple room and it was crazy big and nice, i loved it!!! the staff was very nice too. i also found the hotel to be in a perfect spot to start my day.

The soundproofing wasn't the best. I could hear some noise from the hallway.

the hotel's location proved quite convenient, being near a metro station and the grand central station. the staff was both helpful and polite during the entire visit. i found the breakfast provided a wide array of options.. i would certainly consider the hotel again.

soundproofing was a notable issue, i could hear conversations in adjacent bedrooms. i requested a room change to mitigate the disturbance.

a quiet corner of my heart

fresh bread extra pillows safe location

i found the breakfast selection good with fresh bread and cooked eggs, such a comforting start to each day. the staff quickly helped when i asked for extra pillows, they really cared for my comfort. the location felt safe, even for late night strolls, .

The elevator required navigating a half-floor with luggage. It was a minor inconvenience, yet noticeable.

a decidedly average experience.

cracked tiles unbearable stuffiness

The room felt cramped. the window barely opened. The stuffiness became unbearable. it was like trying to sleep in a poorly ventilated box. plus, the bathroom looked rather tired with cracked tiles. It wasn't exactly inviting. 'the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.

good variety clean room excellent service reliable wifi

the breakfast offered a good variety. i found the rooms clean. staff members across all departments provided excellent service. the free wifi was reliable, allowing me to work from my room without any interruptions.

the bathroom looked a bit worn with some cracked tiles, it was slightly noticeable.

small shower tiny shower

the location, it was quite alright. they even kept my bags after i checked out. imagine that.

the shower was a real joke, honestly. it was so small, i barely fit inside. was like showering in a phone booth, i do not recommend it.
